Solana NFTs Sales Raised 43% Past Week

The NFT sales over the past week witnessed a decline, as they went down by around 6% at the time of writing. 

Over the past seven days, the NFT sales amounted to more than $288.689 million, and Ethereum still dominates the sales again after weeks for Bitcoin, with over 106.888 million, which is around 23% up from the previous week. Out of the top 20 blockchains, Ethereum accounted for around 37% of the total sales. 

Meanwhile, Bitcoin has been in second place in terms of NFT sales for weeks, accounting for nearly 22% of the total sales ($91,794 million), a 38.92% incline from the previous week. 

Over the past week, most of the blockchains, such as Polygon and Avalanche, saw a decline in sales. Blockchains of Solana, Polygon, Avalanche, Mythos Chain, Immutable X, and Arbitrum followed Bitcoin regarding the total sales over the past week, respectively. 

However, most of the NFT collections witnessed an increase in their sales, topped by Pudgy Penguins and CryptoPunks, which went up by 388.50% and 101.52%, respectively. Meanwhile, Bitcoin’s Uncategorized Ordinals witnessed a decline over the past week by 41.60%.

Regarding the NFT price floor, Bored Ape Yacht Club is still in second place in terms of the highest floor value at 25.33 ETH, following CryptoPunks, whose floor was just 61.45 ETH, according to data from nftpricefloor.com.

Last week, The most expensive NFT was LIF3 V3 Positions NFT #9, which sold for around $700,000 million. The following top expensive NFTs sold over the past seven days were sold from $245,000 and downwards. 

As for the leading NFT marketplaces in the past week, Blur led them, followed by OKX. Blur’s sales over the past week reached $192.24 million, while the sales on OKX were $45.56 million (-15.85%).
